Divinikey KEYBOARD MEET 2025

Keyboard meetups are often hosted annually by vendors, yet this marked the first time Divinikey organized its own. The event was driven by overwhelming customer requests and a strong supportive community. My team and I took on the challenge of organizing the meetup as both a gathering for keyboard enthusiasts and a celebration of Divinikey’s fifth anniversary.

The venue’s minimalist interior and open layout provided the perfect canvas for both the gathering of keyboard enthusiasts and the celebration of the 5-year anniversary. It also inspired the visual direction of the event, influencing everything from artwork to layout

The specs plates were created to provide detailed information about each keyboard build during showcasing. They were designed, laser cut, and engraved in house.

To make the meetup engaging and memorable, we curated a selection of unique vendors that complemented the community and event theme. A highlight was a sticker vending machine showcasing limited-edition 5-year anniversary stickers, for which I designed the front panel to reflect the brand’s aesthetic.

Planning the guest experience was just as important as the visuals. I mapped out a floor plan to make sure people could move easily through the space, check out the vendors, and immerse themselves in the showcase.
